ABOUT

Christy Leos M.A. CCC-SLP

Greetings, I’m Christy, a partner at Selah.
I am a clinical Specialist with fourteen years of expertise aiding adults across medical spectrums, including hospital care, residential rehab, home-based services, and clinical management. My professional path has allowed me to support families through life’s most daunting and intimate transitions.
This calling led to the birth of Selah.
The name Selah implies a spiritual pause—an interval to breathe and proceed with clarity. We aimed to build an environment distinct from the typical fast-paced medical system: a sanctuary where patients are truly recognized and valued.
My methodology combines evidence-based science with a compassionate touch. I am dedicated to ensuring clients grasp their diagnosis and their road to recovery. Whether coaching a patient or guiding their support network, I strive to make every interaction feel intentional and less stressful.
Beyond the clinic, my Christian faith serves as my core compass, guiding me to serve every individual with grace and honesty. I am also a devoted mother to three children and a caretaker for five beloved pups. Life is beautifully chaotic, and I wouldn’t trade it.

Libby Boyd M.S. CCC-SLP

Hello! I’m Libby Boyd, M.S., CCC-SLP, co-founder of Selah Speech Therapy. Raised in New Braunfels, I returned to my roots in 2025 following my graduate studies at Abilene Christian University.
I grew up in a large, vibrant family that instilled in me the values I hold dear. My parents taught me the importance of selfless love, prioritizing human connection, and walking faithfully with the Lord.
As a clinician, I am truly driven to support adults through the complexities of neurological recovery. I believe therapy transcends mere skill-building. It is about partnering with individuals as they reclaim their identity, finding ways to bridge gaps in communication and cognition so they can return to the life experiences they cherish.
Launching Selah is deeply personal as it allows me to give back to the town that shaped me. I want to offer a space where families feel empowered and optimistic. I am grateful for the chance to serve this community, and my hope is that Selah Speech Therapy serves as a clear vessel for kindness and professional excellence in every interaction.
